  I love this Starbucks more and more everytime I go there. The staff are COMPETENT! And, unlike so many service experiences in town, the staff are friendly and happy! Well done!

  Ordered a Venti mocha frappuchino and a chocolate cake pop. Got a grande not really sure (mentioned that it was not a venti, but since I had already paid, I said it was fine)... and a cookie dough cake pop. The barista had to make two batches of this drink concoction to fill the cup. Another barista walked around "wiping" the counter. Not impressed, if you're going to take your time at least make the correct order.

  Not a typical Starbucks that I am used to... Service is average and the baristas can definitively get annoyed at you if you ask for too much which is a no no in the States. These baristas would not survive in a LA or NYC Starbucks or they would get chewed up by the stubborn Americans coffee drinkers. Definitively need some training in customer service and know how to speak without entitlement and more friendly tone.

  Agree with Carol B. I stopped there once in a while and I observed the same thing. Only one Barista and one at the cash sale... The others... not helping to accelerate the service. The staff is great, though!
