  McDonald's has gone down the toilet up here in Fort McMurray. The food is never right and usually cold. I have waited 25 minutes for just a coffee. The staff is completely rude and only out to please themselves, no sence of customer service or pride in their work.

  Every. Time. We go here they mess up our order, usually forgetting to put something in the bag. We avoid this location but once in a while the drivethru is more convenient. And of course I didn't look closely enough in the bag...
  Without fail... At least they are consistent.
  One difference is the receipt isn't stuck to the bag like the other locations... Maybe that's a factor.

  Slow service, drive thru takes forever and they frequently turn people away around 11pm (after waiting 10 minutes or so in line) because they are too busy doing their daily reports.

  Service is slow as molasses on weekends and drive through can line up bad. Still would take this location over the Tim Hortons around the corner any day of the week. Would be much better if they installed he self checkouts like other locations have.
